No. Our agency focuses exclusively on principal talent and does not provide background representation.

Representation and submission opportunities vary depending on each client's experience, market, union status and professional materials.

Yes. We represent professional union performers and work within the requirements of the applicable collective agreements.

Union eligibility or membership is not, on its own, a guarantee of representation.

This is assessed on an individual basis and according to the agency's current roster needs.

Where appropriate, we may work with developing performers as they build the experience and credits required to progress professionally.

Our agency is based in Toronto and primarily represents performers working within the Canadian and North American entertainment industries.

We may consider talent based outside of Toronto where their location, work authorization, experience and professional circumstances allow us to represent them effectively.

Canadian representation and U.S. representation operate differently.

Where appropriate, we may submit clients for opportunities outside Canada and work alongside managers, agents and other industry partners in additional markets. International opportunities are considered individually based on the performer, project and applicable work authorization.

Professional materials are strongly recommended.

Your headshot, résumé, reel and casting profiles are often your first introduction to casting. They should accurately represent who you are, the work you are capable of booking and where you currently fit within the market.

Emerging performers who do not yet have a professional reel may submit appropriate performance footage where available.

If we believe there may be a fit, we will contact you to arrange a meeting.

The meeting gives us an opportunity to learn more about your experience, goals and expectations while allowing you to understand our approach to representation.

We view this as a mutual decision. Representation should make sense for both the performer and the agency.

As a boutique agency, our approach extends beyond submitting clients for individual projects. We work with our talent to evaluate professional materials, positioning, training, casting opportunities and longer-term career strategy.

At the same time, career development is collaborative. We expect our clients to remain engaged in their craft, maintain current materials and approach their careers professionally.

No. We operate on a commission-based model. The agency earns commission when our clients earn income from work covered by their representation agreement.

Any commission structure and applicable terms are clearly outlined and discussed before representation begins, all based on industry standard.
