Maya Ritter.
Founder and Principal Agent
Maya founded Altus after spending two decades in the Canadian entertainment industry, both in front of the camera and as a talent agent. This dual perspective gave her a clear understanding of the difference between a brief run of momentum and a career built to last.
Again and again, that difference came down to thoughtful representation that looked beyond the next audition. Altus was created around that belief: an intentionally selective roster, an individualized strategy for every client, and trusted relationships across casting and production.

David Robyn brings years of entertainment industry experience as a working actor and recording artist, alongside a strong background in business, sales, and leadership.
His combination of creative and corporate experience allows him to guide and support emerging talent while building meaningful relationships across the industry.
As Junior Talent Agent for Altus's Youth, Teen, and Voice-Over divisions, David is passionate about helping performers navigate the industry and build sustainable careers. He is excited to support the continued growth of Altus while fostering the next generation of talent.
